• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our content guidelines

• Rush Orders: 24-48 hours (additional fees apply)
• Express Service: 12 hours (significant additional fees apply)
• Revisions: Unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery
• Delays: We will notify you immediately if any delays occur
• Quality Guarantee: We guarantee 100% satisfaction or full refund

7. Content Guidelines

To ensure the best possible audiobook production, please adhere to these content guidelines:

• Format: Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text files
• Length: Minimum 1,000 words, maximum 200,000 words
• Language: English, Hindi, and other major languages supported
• Content: Must be original work or properly licensed
• Prohibited Content: Illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material
• Technical Requirements: Clear formatting, proper punctuation, and readable text

8. Limitation of Liability

Bharat Studios shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Third-party claims or disputes
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Issues arising from user-provided content
• Compatibility issues with third-party platforms

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All completed work will be delivered to the client
• Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy
• Client remains responsible for all fees incurred up to termination date
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
